The seller sent me something different than what they advertised on their website. I was disappointed and reached out to them to resolve this so I could return it. They replied back not even acknowledging that they sent me something completely different than what was listed, tried to nitpick at me calling it a strainer instead of a sifter, said their website doesn’t accept returns but they will let me return this as long as I pay for return shipping, and then tried to tell me some websites charge a restocking fee (not sure h... read more
I loved the Fukamushicha green tea. It is a great full bodied tea with sweetness. Gotta order more teas soon!
Purchased a cake of what I thought was an aged shu pu'er. The tea was incredibly bitter, with a fishy aftertaste - even after cooling the water and shortening the steeping - and the leaves were very broken, both not expected out of a quality pu'er. I am somewhat suspicious of the tea's advertised "single origin", and believe it to be one of many repackaged factory cakes available cheap online - the wrapper even exactly matching hundreds of eBay listings.
