I worked with Cultivate in CT for a little over a year. It was my first job out of college and my first experience with ABA work. The CT branch has a lot of skilled BT/RBT’s and their BCBA’s are very knowledgeable. Staff is caring, understanding, and willing to listen to your needs. I got to work with many clients from ages 6-21. Even though I was new to ABA the staff supported me throughout and helped me learn a lot. I would recommended Cultivate as a job choice and for kids who live with autism

With an eleven year old child with Asperger's, we have had many therapists over the years. Yet, we have never had the remarkable experience as we have had with Cultivate. I finally feel like we are part of a team that wants nothing more than my son's success and well-being - for him to be ALL HE CAN BE despite his "disability". A couple months ago my son began aggressively hitting his peers. I was completely embarrassed by his behavior so I reached out to Katie and Robbie for some advice and strategies to help my kiddo engage with his peers appropriately. I am thrilled with Cultivate. Often times with special needs kids you have to make tough decisions and find the right fit for therapy. Choosing Cultivate was a huge win for us. The owners are amazing and educated and very involved in their company. They have a direct hand in what the therapists are implementing at home and in their centers.
