Worst medical billing experience I have ever had. Waited until March 25 to bill for sessions all the way back to Sept 24 after I’d made repeated attempts to get bills. Overbilled us, total individual session charges added up to less than the “pay this amount” in the invoice, and they input random different service codes on different visits for the same service, resulting in different billed amounts. Disorganized, careless, poor record keeping and billing practices, poorly trained customer support staff, complicated processes designed to confuse patients about insurance and payments. Steer clear unless you want a bill for thousands of dollars a year after you stop service. Scam behavior.

I see Samantha Willis, and she is amazing! She is very responsive, and very understanding. She truly wants the best for her clients! The services here are great, and I have nothing but great things to say about Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education. Definitely would recommend using their services :)

Absolutely wonderful place. Very helpful and willing to help. Highly recommend Samantha Willis as a counselor for any mental health needs. She really listens to you and is amazing. 10/10 recommend!
