Intake process is disorganized. After going back and forth with Jose and Mariana for weeks, Mariana tell me they cannot conduct an assessment until they have a therapist available and that I'll be placed on the waitlist. Without this assessment we don't even know if my insurance will provide services. It makes no sense for me to wait on a therapist without a timeline when Cultivate won't even be able to tell me if my insurance would cover services.
Well run and a great staff.
Won’t recommend this place, RBT are not trained at all, the Broward location it’s horrible, I saw snake Leaving the trailer where they do the therapy, once you start the program at the center they tell you they will build a new place... never happened ... very disappointed. Very expensive..
