I ordered a pendant light and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I initially left a negative review but removed it after a personal call from the owner, Richard. While I appreciated the gesture, it doesn’t change the fact that the service was poor and communication was lacking from the start. I still wouldn’t recommend this business based on my experience.
Poor quality pendant light ….. Asked politely for a refund and was met with a rude individual who is apparently the owners son. Cmon guys pick up your game .
