Was there for a Jimmy Buffett concert that was outside. Great venue, but bring your own chair.
Came for an outdoor concert. Great concept, terrible layout/execution/queue management. One bar outside, right in the middle, for a crowd of 2000+. We spent 1/3 of the evening, waiting in line for drinks, then, they were out of almost everything by the time we got up. The inside bar wasn't much better. Again, great concept but definitely room for improvement.
Fire whomever planned Reggae on the Bay! That was terrible. Bars go at the back not middle with people blocking everything. 1hr+ waits for a drink. Merch booths right at the entrance. We came from San Antonio for this show and left upset and disappointed.
