Got car back from culps with a cracked dash that was not cracked before I brought it in. They told me it was due to heat damage and to kick rocks. Great business 2025 shop of the year. Left is before culps got my car and right is after. Thanks a lot once again!
If you are unfortunate & break down on IH-20, I hope you are fortunate enough to be at Exit 112, then you will be within 1 mile of Culp's Automotive, Inc. I broke down there on a Sunday, spent the night and was able to drive to Culp's early Monday morning where I received a Louisiana welcome, a diagnostic check and estimate which was very reasonable I felt. We brought a 2014 Kia to Culp’s Automotive specifically to ask for a professional assessment of the vehicle's health and wanted to know if the car was worth investing in for "a few more years." After their "diagnostic," they identified a leaking radiator and intake manifold gaskets. They assured us the engine was sound and gave an estimate of $2,000 to fix it.
