I had to call these guys out on the weekend and I am extremely impressed with their response time, reasonable prices, and the fact that they did not try to sell me anything that I don’t need. I have definitely found my new HVAC guys!

Culpper didn't show so called Pruitt plumbing instead and pleased with them
Came out and supposedly diagnosed my water heater. Told me what it needed. It was still under warranty so I orderd the parts from manufacture. They couldn’t understand how they got the diagnosis with what they were saying was the problem. The day of the repair I was called with no excuse or anything and was told they aren’t coming to fix it. I don’t care what the reason is.. you Don’t call a customer the day of repair after waiting over a week for hot water and tell them for no reason they aren’t coming.. piss poor service..... read more
