I recently had opportunity to observe the staff working with their residents, and this is what I saw. I saw friendly and approachable staff that listened and treated the residents with dignity and respect. One resident asked to have her finger nails shaped, and the staff member took time to take care of this lady's needs immediately. I also saw a person leading a group of residents in brain teasers. I was at the community for a couple of the community events like the blood drive and the craft fair. The building always looks really nice and the staff are always friendly.
Top notch hands down the best Bungalows you’ll find in Branson. The management team is kind, patient, and always willing to lend and hand. Good place. Great people.
Great home for Mom! All staff is excellent, and very helpful. Mom is very happy now.
