Best Lawn Equipment Dealer in Virginia – I went to the Cub Cadet Dealership there in Culpeper from Front Royal. Mr. Carter and I had a great conversation about my landscaping needs. He put me in a Zero turn Mower at a great price! This winter they picked it up for service and are returning it to me! I plan on buying my snow thrower from them this fall, They have my bussiness any time I need lawn equipment!

Writer's concerns are with the predecessor Culpeper Motors. That business closed due to retirement of the owner in October of 2009. That business was not owned by Mr. Carter. Happy Owner Buddy sold me my first Cub Cadet mower in 1989, good price excellent service. It gave me good service for five years. My second Cub was an upgrade purchased in 1994, again great price, great service, wonderful folks. Number 2 lasted more than 10 years - gave it to my son-in-law - he still uses it. Got number 3 in 2006 and just traded it on March 20, 2009 on a new zero turn with a steering wheel, what a great mower. I'm sure this one will last as long as my first 3. I'm a Cub fan forever!
Great Disappointment – I purchased a brand new (told heavy duty and long lasting) 2550 Cub Cadet from Dave Carter's company. 2 years after paying $4,000, the hood popped off 3 x's, front right wheel & axle broke twice, gas filter was damaged, and the machine was in the shop more than on my lawn. I have written letters asking the owner, Dave Carter, to take the machine back to the manufacturer as it is a lemon. Mr. John Rudy sold me the mower and has been very helpful both during the purchase and ever since with minor problems that have come up.
