I love you guys! I hate that I needed your services but I am so thankful you were available, had what I needed in stock and you even delivered it to my home. Thanks a million for your quick response, professionalism and above all, your kindness and understanding to my situation.
I think they need staff that can better listen to the needs of their patients. Dropping off a wheelchair with incorrect seating and sending an invoice for $3800 without following up on case, is not the way to do business.
Top notch people, products and service. One of a few businesses that does it the way your supposed to.
I highly recommend this business! While working with them about my mom's needs, I dealt with four different people--ALL of them were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
