My 82 year old father spent 2 days in the facility. During his time there he fell numerous times. As a dementia and high fall risk patient no precautions were taken to protect him. I witnessed not only my father being mistreated and spoken to in a terrible manner but also other patients on his same floor. Absolutely nothing to recommend!!! I'm an R.N. & this is the worst facility I have ever seen. I would have given it 0 stars if that were an option. My father was there for 2.5 days way to long. He suffered tremendously under their care. He had a total of 10 falls during his short stay & was left on the floor, where he tried to pull himself along the floor to get back to bed. RecommendedThis is by far my favorite place to work! The residents are amazing! Staff is awesome - the most amazing team to work with. The facility is just an amazing place to be! I wouldnt change my place of employment for the world !!!
The food was absolutely terrible I thank prison food would be better and very small portions . I had for breakfast one morning a scoop of scramble eggs and a scoop of oatmeal that was it. Nursing staff is lacking more help put your light on it takes 30 to 45 minutes before someone shows up. The PT staff is absolutely fantastic I would have stayed longer if not for the lousy food and the long wait for a nurse to show up after call light was turned on if I would have been choking I would have suffocated to death.
