This place is a joke. Waited 2 months for an appt. Drove over 2 hours got stuck in traffic and because mu son was 15 mins late more than 10 mins he wasnt able to be seen.. Cant schedule another appt for 2 more months
Saw this place had only 1 Star and I was a little worried going in. The front office was extremely nice and helpful towards telling me what to expect finance wise. Dr. Mahajan was awesome! He made sure I was very comfortable throughout the procedure, asking often to remind him of I felt any discomfort. Overall this place deserves much more than the one star it was previously given. Overall, Very professional and comforting!
Very un professional staff, scammers, quote u a rate on the phone, called 3 times to confirm it. After driving for 2 hours and getting to the dentist office, and filling out paperwork the rate went 4 folds and the smirking receptionist claims that I look like someone who can afford it. Also told me that ni one else in Virginia will take my insurance and I didn't have a choice. These people are con artists and should be dealt with as such. Be careful.
