Worst experience ever. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was an inconvenience for the people I encountered versus a patient. Not to mention how dismissive they were to my health concerns. Not to mention I don’t think the staff is aware the patients in lobby can hear them gossiping about individuals. It’s so unprofessionally ran. The facilities are rundown and most certainly needs an update. Cleanliness and sanitation is questionable as well. Do better for a state facility. Couldn't even pick up the phone all day long, called 8 times and got no response each time. What is going on there? Are y'all happy to see places be unhealthy or what?
I'm giving 2 starts because I really don't know how their receptionist has been there for years she's beyond rude and definitely should not be in charge of speaking to customers. I have 2 children and been through the health department with them both and I hadn't had a decent experience with her EVER. Everyone else is sweet and great customer service:)
