Took my dog for routine well visit, due to COVID restrictions could not be with my dog who is 3 years old, she was given 3 vaccinations without my verbal or written consent. I was never called after she was taking into the faculty by staff. I was only called after they were finished with the exam, the vet said said she looked good and found no problems. My dog’s health started to decline afterwards and now has diagnosis of several liver masses. She was a very active and playful dog prior to be given those vaccines. I hope my... read more

Very compassionate towards our situation. A very sad unexpected day. We received a sympathy card signed by Dr and staff later in the week, too.
