Purchased a new bike from Cully’s Motorcycle. Very impressed with the presentation and cleanliness of the showroom floor. Also, the upstairs area for riding gear, accessories etc was large and well stocked with friendly and knowledgeable Team Members. Just a shout out for Scott, what a legend. Bought a new MT09SP from Cully’s and had such a nice experience. Everything went so smoothly and Scott was super easy to deal with. Nothing was too hard for him. The boys in the workshop quickly checked it over and fitted the exhaust I wanted while they were at it, thanks guys. Love your work. If anyone is in the market for a motorcycle, hit Scott up, you won’t be disappointed.
Ben is a legend. Ended up having a 15 min chat about every thing but bikes. Definitely not your typical 'shove it down your throat' salesman. Now can't wait to pick up my new bike.
Had a great experience buying boots and braces. James took the time to go through every possible option with me and made sure I was happy with everything. Took the time to test fit multiple products so I could experience the difference. Walked away feeling great about the purchase and the fantastic customer experience was a large part of that. Good work James.
