Refuse to service bikes they sell, lie to your face about why. Refused my 30K service saying they were too busy, same day booked my mates bike in no probs. They dont want to service KTMs even though they sell them. Owner will refuse to speak with you because "he doesnt talk to customers"
Bought some riding boots, they were damaged within a 2 hour ride on the first day in a location that non of my other boots or shoes have been damaged before. I complained and the boots, were sent off to be "repaired". Upon a phone call i received where specified the boots were "fixed" i went to collect said boots.
