My son has CHAMPVA that he used at the urgent care there that they were attempting to use for prescriptions. I gave them his optum rx card for my his prescriptions and the front desk lady just looked at it and seen the VA on it and said they didn’t take VA. They didn’t actually try to use it for his prescription. I paid out of pocket and left. Now I have looked up in network pharmacies and they in fact do take it.
