I’ve only experienced their services via the phone and that was plenty to ensure I’d never step foot in their facility. I understand that new patients cannot be accepted all the time. However I do not understand why someone working in a mental health facility would be someone who is rude and condescending. Helpful and understanding would be preferred. Dr. Byrd says he treats adult adhd and depression. He doesn’t so don’t let his website fool you. I went there for help and I left in tears and more confused about how I was feeling than when I went in. He didn’t really listen to nothing I was trying to ask and he was kind of rude. Never again will I waste my money at this place.

Awful place to try to get any help they change doctor's ever 3 months and no one has a clue what they are doing, if you want help for you issues don't go to them, they will cause new issues
