I really can't express my gratitude for this office! My daughter broke her arm on a Thursday night and the ER sent her home with a sling. We were advised to call Cullman Ortho the next morning to follow up. I called at 8 AM on Friday, and they were able to get my daughter in at 11AM on the same day. When I got there, I was told there was an issue with the insurance. Absolutely no fault on the office, but they helped me figure it out and my daughter was able to be seen. Fell in my yard so I ended up at Urgent Care which ended up sending me to see an orthopedic doctor. I was so glad that I was able to see them the same day. Katie Basch as well as the rest of the staff were great .
Morgan, Dr Ojard and the entire staff are great!!
