Massengail is such a sweet doctor from almost 3 years ago I would still choose her to be my doctor she listens to my concerns she does every step to make sure my health is good would most definitely recommend anyone to her

I hate that I waited months because there’s almost never availability and then when It finally did come time for my appointment they tell me my appointment was canceled by text message like do yall not have precautions like other doctors do where they require a birthdate or full name before you can cancel my appointment!
I have called and left 3 messages in 7 days for someone to please return my phone call. No one has called me back. Every time I call it says they are busy helping other patients. I am a patient!!!!! This is ridiculous.
