I have called and left 3 messages in 7 days for someone to please return my phone call. No one has called me back. Every time I call it says they are busy helping other patients. I am a patient!!!!! This is ridiculous.

I am new to the area and needed an annual exam and to discuss hormone replacement therapy. NP was nice but once I mentioned I wanted to go the more natural approach I was given roadblock after roadblock. I was literally having a nervous breakdown in the office crying hysterically that I was starting a new job and could not function. There was really no rush to get me hormones. I was told only 1 doctor could prescribe them and he stayed booked up for weeks, I would need a mammogram first and blah blah blah. No, I didn’t have ... read more

Dr. Massengill is great, but it takes way too long to get in for an appointment or for a nurse to call you back with a concern that you have. There is no reason why I should have to wait for a week and half for an appointment. It’s not on occasion where I have to wait that long, it’s every single time I call, I am always having to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen. I am better off going to the urgent care than using my OBGYN and that’s sad. I think I will be dropping this doctor and finding elsewhere to someone who... read more
