Worst group of people Ive ever had to deal with! Obviously why they have the 2.6 rating on google! Lauren Stone is so kind! Was trying to book with Dr. Massengill but as she was booked I took an appointment with her. Very glad I didn’t I’m so happy to have found an ob that hears her patients concerns and finds the root causes. Great visit!
You will never get in contact with anyone here. They need to fire everyone at the front desk
I do not recommend this practice. I used them because my OBGYN had retired. I saw Dr. Lauren Stone for my regular yearly visit. I received a $116 bill due to the common practice, but highly criticized "split billing". Per the office manager I was supposed to go in and say (her words) "I'm fine, I need a pap smear". Because the Dr and I discussed things about the past year and she recommended HRT for me, it was no longer a yearly appointment, it was an office visit and I had to pay. Have been trying for 2 weeks now to have prescription refilled. Call no one answers, leave message, might get a call back, might not. When they do call back they tell me prescription was sent in, when I try to refill it pharmacy says no refills left. Welcome to third world health care.
