I was really pleasantly surprised by the care I received at Cullman Regional. After going to the emergency room with chest pain and a severe headache, I was transferred by ambulance there for observation. From the very beginning, I felt cared for and listened to. Discharged with lung abscess and pleural effusion. Fill in hospitality left off important meds and refused cough medication and pain medication like I got the second stay. This was my third case of pneumonia since July and they are not making certain i am well before discharge. In fact, I was rushed out.
Great personal - from check in, to initial observation, to being greeted by nurses and ultimately treatment by the Doctor. Great experience considering it was an emergency visit. Timely treatment and great professional courtesy.
I had a pleasant experience its was fast and the staff was kind and attentive the eay I would hope for.
