Don’t even bother with this group, especially Dr. Tafazoli, who clearly doesn’t care about patients. Cancelled my appointment in Huntsville after I driven 45 min! He said I needed to go to the Cullman location. I explained that I needed help today, which is why I booked the appointment in Huntsville since I could get in quicker. The Cullman location can’t get me in for another month! Nurse called back and he cancelled me anyway…I’ll find another doctor that’s willing to help me with insomnia.

Dr Eric Goodrich was my Orthopedic doctor for my shoulder. I had nothing but a great experience with him as my doctor. He took his time, answered all questions that concerned me, and never once made me feel like I was a bother. I will use him in the future when needed and I will recommend him to anyone looking for an Orthopedic surgeon.

I cannot speak on the providers, but have heard they are great. I had to pick up paperwork for a family member. Front desk is a joke. Stood in line for 20 minutes while the front desk ladies had patients filling out paperwork at the window instead of having them sit down. The two nice men that work the check out window were having to check patients in- and were doing so WAY faster than the ladies. One of the front desk ladies then decided to have a full blown conversation about orthodontics and her braces with a teenager whi... read more

Went and seen the Dr needed an X-ray was sent to central registration and and was told it would be $500 which is not even the right copay before they could do it. It don't really make sense to see a crmc Dr. If you can't get an X-ray when they need it to diagnose the problem. Any other Dr office they just take one
