I cannot speak on the providers, but have heard they are great. I had to pick up paperwork for a family member. Front desk is a joke. Stood in line for 20 minutes while the front desk ladies had patients filling out paperwork at the window instead of having them sit down. The two nice men that work the check out window were having to check patients in- and were doing so WAY faster than the ladies. Went and seen the Dr needed an X-ray was sent to central registration and and was told it would be $500 which is not even the right copay before they could do it. It don't really make sense to see a crmc Dr. If you can't get an X-ray when they need it to diagnose the problem. Any other Dr office they just take one

The doctors are great. But getting back to see them is a hassle.They are Greedy and mean. I went in to see my doctor and they pulled up a bill for 150.00 I don't have no copay or nothing. I had to give them 20.00 to get back there.I called billing when I got home and they said it was a mistake. When I went back in I asked for my money back. They then said they couldn't reimburse me. So take money with you or you will not get in!!!!!!!

This office is insane. I called a week before my meds ran out due to an error in the way my prescription was written so insurance wouldn’t cover it. Middle of the next week and 4 days without meds and I’m still waiting for a call back. I even asked to have a call with the office manager. No response. This is NO way to treat people when you work to care for them. I changed providers and won’t ever go back.
