The other review is accurate. They allow certain people or tenants to break rules and then ask you to go by that same rule that they allow the other one to break. I am writing a letter to the ones who are more in charge to let them know about this. The rules are in the lease, but some get away with it and they must be related or know them personally. If you are having the same problem you can visit the HUD website. My girlfriend has been living here for awhile and makes no sense what is going on .
Warning do not move in to these apartments they are infested with bed bugs that takes four months to get rid of from the previous tenants it took them almost a year to get rid of these and if you have major back surgery and have a doctor backing you saying you can't do the steps in the 2 story and they have apartment's coming open they will not put you in one they will put everyone one else's needs in front of yours everything in these apartments are not level the foundation is not good at all they need to be shut down you ... read more
My first rating read that after turning in an application last year we got a letter saying my wife had a "Police Record." My wife nor I have never had such thing. Now they say we have a chance for an apartment in May 2023. Lady in office has been very helpful in getting that apartment and hopefully we will be able to get away from this damn Jefferson Co. Stacie and Breanna make the Cullman Housing Apts the best. I recently moved in from Jasper and it has made me a better person being here. When calling there several times, Gerri was the most professional sounding person. They make the experience a great one. They treat you like a person. The maintenance workers are always busy and have great attitudes as well. This is a wonderful community to live in.
People don’t follow the rules and they are not made too. But yet you are made to follow the rules and if you don’t they will send evictions notice. And also way to much going on here.
