I have never dealt with anyone as rude as the woman who answered the phone at this florist. She kept saying "what!" and "what are you saying". I simply asked her if the fruit is fresh and if I could get a fruit basket delivered before Christmas. When I told her to forget it and that there was no way I would do business with someone as rude as she was she said "well, I couldn't hear you, sorry!". Absolutely horrible customer service. I have used them in the past, and had no problems, but now a delivery to the exact same place is "way too far." I would need to pay $20 more, on top of the $7 delivery fee. The staff was extremely rude and hung up on me while on the phone. Look elsewhere for your florist needs in Cullman.
