I have Called at least four times over a month to report a sanitary problem with a supercenter grocery store allowing people to bring their pets inside the store around food and placed inside shopping carts where food is then placed by the customer unknowingly. These are not service animals as they are being put in shopping carts or held while shopping or pushed around the store in baby strollers.
