Outstanding service
Have a smart RO system, need filters... they never answer the phone and never call you back. Filters have been out for 3 months now. Multiple attempts to call, almost impossible to sit on hold for an hour listening to the 15 second advertisement loop for the system I already have. Would highly recommend ANYONE ELSE other than Culligan Sacramento. And yes I have looked for these filters online, appears to only be sold through culligans service.
Unable to get a hold of someone on the phone unless it is sales.
