They are really gung-ho about getting a system installed, but after that they forget about you. We bought the reverse osmosis system under the sink, and a big water softener system we rent. The filters for the RO system need to be replaced and it's only been three months and they are supposed to last a year. It seems impossible to find the filters online and reach the Sac office to order them. Culligan has great salesperson! However, that is not backed by professional service!! I sought out Culligan because of their reputation and signed a contract for the best system they offer. My wife and I were excited for our install of the softener and filtration system. I received 2 calls from the office to confirm that I remembered our appointment today. I was hopeful that choosing Culligan for our reverse osmosis system was a wise choice given I have heard of this company for years . The salesperson who came to our home was a bit quirky but nothing crazy. I decided to sign up. System install was fine. During the first year no major issues. If the system started beeping we were on our own to figure it out because the person who answers the phones just says they'll send a service person in a few days to a week.
