Multiple times they have shown up when I was not expecting them. Most recently they showed up today (scheduled for tomorrow). No knock, no notification they were coming. I have had the same phone number since 2005, nothing has changed on my end. I was mad when it happened the first time, but now I am furious.
Great and no complaints.
