If I could give them no stars I would! They don’t answer the phone, they kept money for water that they admitted they didn’t deliver. Said I would have to wait a month to get half of the water I ordered! Customer service is everything to me and nothing to them. Keep your money and don’t waste your time waiting on hold for them to never pick up or call back!
Unreal I’ve tried to get a service call out to see a Culligan water softener unit and they change the day of the service call and didn’t tell me and showed up and couldn’t do anything. Then I talked to Vicki live to change it to another day for Columbus Day because they switched it. I didn’t go on a family trip to be here Columbus Day to meet the service thing and I call them this morning and they don’t even have us on the schedule. This is an incompetent company do not deal with them.
