After Culligan installed a home filtration and softener system, they did not service or call us back since April. All the while, the system has been flooding our plumbing with the pellets from their system. With no sense of urgency after explaining what happened when I finally got them on the phone. They still have not come out to fix it and have been scheduled before and they did not show up. Would not recommend.
