Unreal I’ve tried to get a service call out to see a Culligan water softener unit and they change the day of the service call and didn’t tell me and showed up and couldn’t do anything. Then I talked to Vicki live to change it to another day for Columbus Day because they switched it. I didn’t go on a family trip to be here Columbus Day to meet the service thing and I call them this morning and they don’t even have us on the schedule. This is an incompetent company do not deal with them.
I highly recommend Culligan. Our route driver is amazing. If there is any problems, the office staff is quick to contact us and help us fix them.
