Awful! As a business we were customers for 10 years. Over the last few yrs they have gone downhill. The service package we had was discontinued, they never informed us. The rates would keep going up with no notice. And they charged for items we never received. They charged us 2 sleeves of cups every month and every month I would have to call spend time on the phone and get a credit and assured it was fixed so it won’t happen again yet every month it did. I ultimately had to cancel my account due to ongoing service and billing issues. For at least 6 months, my account was charged for cups that were never delivered, the wrong amount of bottles was always being charged and the delivery times were consistently inaccurate even after we would request the date and time the delivery would be at our office. Both of my experiences with this business have been great. Sam was dispatched to do some warranty work and got us up and going quick. Don Took his time to help me understand my problem and what needed to happen to get my water softener repaired and went above and beyond to help me. The people In the office were amazing to my son as well.
