Staff is courteous and helpful and informed. Issues are addressed timely.
I am so disgusted with the service we have received for our water softener. 1st visit to my home was on 10/16/2025 then 10/31 and again 11/12 and on 12/4 and one more visit on 12/8/2025. Still not working and now I have to wait till 12/29/25 to have it looked at yet again!!! In the meantime the build up from the hard water my pots and pans are getting ruined, and coffee maker, needless to say what build up is on the shower walls, dishwasher, washing machine.
