We had a tech come out 12/22. He said an installer would call us same day to schedule an appointment. It is now 1/5. I have called 8 times for service since 12/22 and continue to get excuses. Not once has anyone at Culliagan returned our call. We called 1/4 and were told a manager would be out today. No call, no one here yet. I called to find out when they are going to be here and keep getting the run around.
