Recently moved into our new home and needed a water softener. Called and talked to Don. He said they had an opening for today and he'd be here within an hour. He and his crew were on time, did the install very quickly and were finished in no time flat. They were very friendly, professional and neat. All in all it was a very pleasant transaction. On a bad note, Ive had my water conditioner a little over 2 years. Ive had to call them 2 times for repairs. Both times were for blown O rings. First time I was told it was covered u... read more
