I feel that my decision to rent a water softener through Inver Grove Heights Culligan was a great choice! No more lugging around heavy bags of salt and the concern of something going wrong with the unit is no longer on my mind.
I bought my system 2 years ago. They sold me on the water softener and drinking system along with the platinum care plan. The guy specifically told me that I get a year of free salt deliver plus all maintenance and filter change free of charge. That I wouldn't have to worry about anything for 10 years. The 1st I was paying little over $60 every quarter but I was told needed more salt. Started paying over $80 every 2 months for the last year.
