This company already had their equipment in the home I purchased, so we went with it. Notes went along with payments that were dropped off. Notes were never read. Salt was still being delivered after asking them in the notes not to bring any. System has never worked properly. I hesitate even paying their stupid rental fee. We have never had a system that worked effectively. And still wants to collect payment for crappy equipment.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. When we got our new system from them we purchased the privilege program as well. So they come out every 3 months and check it out and replace filters and lights etc. After the second visit they said we have to pay for the filters that the salesman said was covered. They never drop off any salt for the system nor do they fill it when they are here. They are supposed to change the light yearly and a week after they were here I went down and the light was flashing on the unit saying the UV ... read more
Culligan has great, quality water! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We are very happy with our water conditioner!
