We are very happy we chose to work with Culligan Water Treatment! They have been great from the start and made our PH system and Radon water system install easy and painless! We had Tyler, Lester and Jim set up the system and Dave hooked up the electrical. They were thorough and took the time to explain how the systems work and we even have 2 years to call them with any issues under warranty! Highly recommend Culligan. We first worked with Tim and he was great as well!
This is the only Culligan complaint that would come up. I don’t have a problem with Yarmouth. Mine is Fultonville, New York anyway I have had Culligan in my home for 20 years. I’ve already replaced. The system. Had them out recently to check the system. I Felt it was not working properly. After waiting for an appointment, they sent a guy out. I used Culligan for installation of a radon air system. It was easy to set up an appointment. The installer, Dave was great. His workmanship was outstanding.
Bad experience from installation to service over the last couple years. Long story but we’re switching to another company moving forward. Don’t do business with them if you can avoid it.
