4/6/24 The response below is 4 yrs old. I did give a review after the 3/27/24 delivery of salts. I don't remember what I said, but the delivery person really took the time to service the Big Blue. =============================== I've used their services for at least 16 yrs. They are helpful and friendly when I call their office. I'm sorry I can't thank the people who deliver the salts and troubleshoot problems. If there's a problem, the office will note it, so the next time the delivery person will know.
No more hard water!
We’ve had Culligan for over 35 years now while still living in San Francisco peninsula and moved to Placer County 2 years so. For obvious reasons, we love the taste of our filtered water and are happy with the service. Easy to call for an appt and service technicians are always prompt and courteous!!
I have been calling their billing department for last few days everytimevi call it says heavy call volume and after 10 min says leave message, and no one return phone call
The installation and periodic exchange is effortless to the homeowner and the notification before service is appreciated.
