Outstanding service
I’ve been using Zero Water filters and pitchers for over a decade. For the first 7+ years, the filters worked perfectly, and I never had an issue. However, in the last 3 years something has changed. The filters often stop working after only a short time, with no water flowing through. I went through all the troubleshooting steps people mention online that included running water through, tapping the filter, trying to release “air pockets.” None of it worked. Have a smart RO system, need filters... they never answer the phone and never call you back. Filters have been out for 3 months now. Multiple attempts to call, almost impossible to sit on hold for an hour listening to the 15 second advertisement loop for the system I already have. Would highly recommend ANYONE ELSE other than Culligan Sacramento. And yes I have looked for these filters online, appears to only be sold through culligans service.
