We have a water softener that we had installed by Culligan of Sacramento, and the install went well, though the system had some issues that required repair a few times. The service in getting the repairs was great, so kudos to that team. The reason I'm angry with Culligan of Sacramento and am leaving a negative review here is because we pay for salt delivery, but they never come.
