The worst customer service over the phone. I rescheduled my customer service appointment form last Monday to today. I told over the phone that any day works, it's just have to be between 11am and 2pm. So, the lady in the phone said that today Wednesday between that time would work. and it will not be a problem. I took that time of my work, had a sub for me and came home for nothing. Because today at 9 am I reserved a Tex message, that the service man was being behind my door in half an hour.
