I purchased and had installed a Culligan Water Softener and by Recommendation of Jim Becker, a AO Smith Water Heater. Jim Becker, the owner of Culligan in Watertown made a personal visit to my home and inspected the area of install and recommended what I go with for both my water softener and heater. Shawn (I hope I have his name correct), Jims Son and Jim himself installed the units, with Shawn doing most of the install work. Shawn was extremely polite and Jim ensured his work.
