I purchased and had installed a Culligan Water Softener and by Recommendation of Jim Becker, a AO Smith Water Heater. Jim Becker, the owner of Culligan in Watertown made a personal visit to my home and inspected the area of install and recommended what I go with for both my water softener and heater. Shawn (I hope I have his name correct), Jims Son and Jim himself installed the units, with Shawn doing most of the install work. Shawn was extremely polite and Jim ensured his work. I LOVED working with such a professional company! I bought my water treatment system and they installed the next DAY! I have not had any problems since! Of course my Mom and Dad have had their Culligan softener for 20 years and have never had any problems! AND the same guy that installed theirs that long ago installed my system as well! Go Culligan Man! you are the MAN!

excellent products I have the whole home system for 11 years now and never had an ounce of trouble. Never had to call for service. Have talke to people that have had the same equipment from culligan for 24 years and say the same thing I am saying. buy the best the first time. Have had 1 department store softner lasted 18 months had the water doctor (rented) lasted 4 weeks before needing service, no one came told them to take it out.

Very happy with the product and service; they did screw up billing a couple of times, which was annoying, but overall were satisfied.
This is not the place to get your water from. They are unwilling to commit to a specific day for service. The deliveries show up at random times, often leaving us with empty bottles for months until wed drive out to return them. We complained about the sporadic drops several times and were told there was nothing they could do about that. When we finally stopped service and wanted to collect our bottle deposit we were told wed get it in about 12 weeks from corporate. Convenient how they can bill us right away but cant return ... read more
