Very friendly and professional . Although I had a good idea how a water softener operated, Jordan was very informative and answered all my questions. He took his time describing what tests he was doing and double checking the results. He explained how the water softener worked and how it will improve the water in my house. He added that it would best for the drinking water in my home should be filtered. After seeing all of the filtration components and finding out how they work I definitely areed with adding that.
