Matt did a fantastic job for us today. We appreciate Culligan and the work that they have done for us out of their Virginia MN Office. I want to specifically commend Matt for going above and beyond what was required of the job. Not only did he replace filters and get our water systems working but he took the time to talk to me about what we want to do accomplish and ultimately helped me correct some of the things that we could be doing better to make sure our water is safe, healthy, and conditioned properly.. Eric was extremely friendly and helpful, he was able to re stock our water and cup supply. He was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend him anywhere.
I just want to give a shout out to Kendra, the Culligan office manager. No matter what time of day I call there, she is always so kind hearted, helpful, and answers my questions quickly. Most of the time I end up having to call in and pay the bill. I’m a busy person working nearly full-time and taking care of my mom. So, trying to get her bills paid on time can be challenging. People like Kendra make it easier for me! So, thank you, Kendra for always being the person you are, I am grateful. Marie😊
