They were good other then one time I forgot to give them my new debit card then instead of calling me they put the water softener on my credit for about $3,000. The water softener wasn’t worth anything it was like 15 years old. They straightened it out but that sure was frustrating.
We have had outstanding service with Culligan since day one! Our driver Eric is friendly and personable, and he has a great attitude. Kendra is a pleasure to work with as well! Thanks for always coming through for us!
They know customer service. They never question my requests and always move when requested. Thanks guys
Peter and Kendra are outstanding! Peter came out and fixed our water softener today and he actually brought us extra bottles of water and extra bags of salt. He is amazing and works quietly and efficiently and takes video of the repair he's making so we can see what he's doing. Kendra is equally amazing and is always polite and very efficient as she keeps our account up-to-date. Can't say enough about these great people!
