We utilize Culligan for our restaurant. So it's hooked up to our ice machine, water dispenser and pop machine. It's essential to have this running. It quit working on a Saturday morning and they were closed. I messaged Susy for a tech support number and she gave me Daren's number. He was so kind and went above and beyond and came in himself to fix the issue. Was very disappointed that I could not get cases of water delivered to our store. As I was told by the lady that answered the phone. She would need to check with the delivery guy to see if that was possible. BEFORE they would take my order and schedule delivery. I called Ecco water in Marshall and they said they would put me on a schedule. Not happy with this as I wanted to keep it Local.
