I showed up after purchasing a new home that had a Culligan RO system installed. An installer brought out a new one and showed me exactly how to put things together and how it worked. They were extremely helpful. I would recommend them to any friend I know.
My family is so grateful to the technician that came out to service our system. It was a simple job, but the technician heard our well pump not acting the way it should. He brought it to our attention after he reset our Culligan system and it was a good thing he did because our pressure tank was cracked and had he not said something we would have lost the use of our well. Thank you and Culligan will always have our business.
Water softener wasn’t working right. It was purchased somewhere else and not a Culligan but they said they could come out and troubleshoot. Turns out it wasn’t hooked up correctly and water wasn’t passing through it. Fixed the minor issue and was just charged the service fee. Greatly appreciated!
Steve was very detailed in explaining the options we had for our well water. The install crew was in and out in about 3 hours with our new softener and filter systems. They hauled off our old systems and put us on the route for salt delivery, which is actually very economical.
