This has been such an amazing experience. Convenient that they bring our water to us whether we are home or not they drop off in our garage !
Rented a softener and Reverse Osmosis drinking water system for over 20 years. Failure #1: They were replacing our filters every 18 months when the recommended duration was every 12 months. When I brought this up with Stillwater Culligan, the rep said in her 30 years of working for Culligan, it's always been 18 months.
