Horrible service and truly a lack of communication or any ownership. I called to talk to someone today and there was no apology or lets talk about how we move forward. My water softener is not working, they sent someone out to fix it. They added a part but couldn't test if it was working or not. The guy (he was nice) told me to run to Menards to get a water test to see if it was working. I received a bill for 450 dollars for a part they did not disclose a cost, nor the cost of sending someone out, and didn't even bother call... read more

Had a water softener installed in new home today, have been with culligan for quite a few years in different homes and couldn't be happier, right from the office to ordering new service to the installation with two very professional young men, Lucas and zach,wore covers on their shoes to knowing what they were doing!! Extremely satisfied long time customer! Thank you culligan, as always my pleasure
