excellent products I have the whole home system for 11 years now and never had an ounce of trouble. Never had to call for service. Have talke to people that have had the same equipment from culligan for 24 years and say the same thing I am saying. buy the best the first time. Have had 1 department store softner lasted 18 months had the water doctor (rented) lasted 4 weeks before needing service, no one came told them to take it out.
