TAKE THIS ADVICE FROM SONEONE IN THE TRADES….Don’t ever buy from this place, so after about 2 years of this garbage company and equipment, im now at the point of actually leaving a review. I had a whole home water softener installed by them about 2 years ago, $7,400 all together. Sales guys popped my breakers multiple times (which should’ve been my first indicator not to go with them) while doing their little conductivity test for the minerals in the water. Fine when we bought 1000s of dollar of equipment service reps (ones who come to house) have always been good. But recently signed up for their extended warranty through their office after they sent an advertisement for it in the mail. I was told it was a certain monthly charge two months free too and included everything! They had rep come out and do service and then charged me 600 dollars for what I was told would be a 55 dollars a month. Not happy with the over all customer service so far. After setting up a monthly plan they have charged us 10x more than was agreed two months in a row. When we call we get an answering service and not someone that can actually help. I would suggest caution to anyone considering Culligan currently. Update: we got a phone call back three days later. They stated the charges are legitimate but can’t explain how they are legitimate. Can’t provide any paperwork or proof. Also won’t provide a supervisors name for escalation. Buyers... read more
