Very Good service and on time
Culligan Reno is by far one of the worst companies that I've dealt with. ZERO responsibility, constant excuses and no follow through. Unskilled workers who either don't understand how to properly service a water softener or perhaps just cut corners to maximize profits and avoid work. Absolutely no follow up by the management after numerous calls.
This water softener system just works seamlessly in the background (from our garage) and prevents build-up of minerals on the inside of pipes, fixtures, and hot water heaters which obviously lengthens the life of appliances. The softener basically eliminates spots on glassware, and it reduces soap film in showers, sinks, and washing machines so there is less to clean each week.
