When they installed my new water softener, they told us we didn’t need our iron filter so we trusted them and allowed them to remove it. Since then we have lost 2 expensive sets of sheets and 3 comforters, the latest one being a king size chenille. I’m devastated and frustrated. We never had any issues with our old water softener. We have only had our Culligan service 4-5 months. They say our door is always locked upon delivery, and they charge a fuel fee. The door is never locked. They don't leave salt or bottled water. I'm beginning to question if they even come. I just read a review that said they leave his salt on the porch. They don't return phone calls or respond to online messages. I bought a new washer and new I needed a good water softener so I came here and everything was good at first before they changed owners then there new machines kept breaking down and it ruined my washing machine that I just bought! They refused to talk civil with me so I canceled my services.
Horrible place to do buisness, without notifying me they raised there rates by almost 300%. When I caught it 8 months later they said they had the right to charge whatever they wanted to and I should have known by keeping track of my checking account. I am currently filling a lawsuit against them. They threatened to come to my house and get there water softener without my permission. WOW I informed them I had 24 cameras 😙
