Failed to show up as they said they would on two separate occasions without even a callback to apologize. Horrible service.
After the Torrington store closed, I was disappointed to learn that we would have to drive to Scottsbluff to pick up water. However, working with Tanya at the Scottsbluff Culligan is going to be fantastic. What a great person. She is kind and friendly and super helpful. We go to Scottsbluff frequently anyway so it will not be a problem to stop by and pick up water when we need it, Thanks so much for the great customer service.
