Failed to show up as they said they would on two separate occasions without even a callback to apologize. Horrible service.
After the Torrington store closed, I was disappointed to learn that we would have to drive to Scottsbluff to pick up water. However, working with Tanya at the Scottsbluff Culligan is going to be fantastic. What a great person. She is kind and friendly and super helpful. We go to Scottsbluff frequently anyway so it will not be a problem to stop by and pick up water when we need it, Thanks so much for the great customer service.

I made and appointment two weeks ago and somehow my appointment got canceled and was not informed of the cancelation waited all afternoon and called them after 4pm to find out they aren't coming thanks for wasting my afternoon
