The system works as expected. The installation crew was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. A great experience all around.

He scheduled a home visit with me for the following day and arrived at our agreed time. He tested my water and talked me through what the tests meant and shared with me the details of what all is in our local water and what they could provide to address the concerns I had. Culligan of San Marcos is always extremely quick to respond and assist with all of my questions, concerns and servicing. Katherine in the office makes me feel like part of the family when I call with a question and Nick our technician goes above and beyond to explain the in's and out's of my system, service needs, maintenance, etc. We recently had our power cord go bad and Nick and team went way above and beyond to help us get back up and running. I’m very impressed with the responsiveness of this local Culligan. Jerry was our sales rep and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and super responsive no matter how many times I asked the same questions. The Culligan RO system is the best around as far as I’m concerned. We’ve had two other brands prior to this installation and the pressure at which the water is dispensed is far superior on the Culligan system. Two thumbs up from this reviewer.
