Good clean filtered water, easy to use, priced right....
Another month that we have to call to get water delivered to the office. We are on AutoPay but they can't seem to Auto DELIVER on the schedule THEY set up. There's a different driver every time. Very frustrating trying to do business with people who seem disinterested in doing business! I wonder what Mr. Gaylor is aware of how bad ratings have dropped the past few years....
Fully incompetent and they don’t even know how their own business works. Simple water jug delivery turns into a mess every month of late deliveries, and improper billing. I’m not sure why the owner needed to talk for an hour to sort out these small problems, and then the next month the same issues arose. We gave them a chance for months and each time they failed. They cannot deliver water on time, they cannot bill correctly, and the front office acts like they’ve never done anything with this business before or even heard ho... read more
I have rented RO unit from them for 14 year’s, 3 weeks ago they came and changed filters and the next day the pan underneath the unit was full of water. Just talked with them today 5/6 25 and they gave me a date of 5/30 to come and fix it, said it was out of their control to get here any sooner. I did receive an invoice for the rental however and am sure I will get a past due notice long before they fix it. I recommend you find any alternative company for similar services because they don’t have service in their vocabulary.
