Our rented softener has been out of order for 3 weeks. You were supposed to be out today the 5th to fix it. No one showed up. I called and was told you canceled and would be back on the 19th. In the meantime our faucets and dishwasher continue to collect build up and you continue to bill me for no service. Also when I called last month about your employees dumping salt and salt water on my grass when you cleaned the brine container I didn't hear a word back from anyone.
Good clean filtered water, easy to use, priced right....
Another month that we have to call to get water delivered to the office. We are on AutoPay but they can't seem to Auto DELIVER on the schedule THEY set up. There's a different driver every time. Very frustrating trying to do business with people who seem disinterested in doing business! I wonder what Mr. Gaylor is aware of how bad ratings have dropped the past few years....
Fully incompetent and they don’t even know how their own business works. Simple water jug delivery turns into a mess every month of late deliveries, and improper billing. I’m not sure why the owner needed to talk for an hour to sort out these small problems, and then the next month the same issues arose. We gave them a chance for months and each time they failed.
