Very friendly front office staff.
Requested a service call using on-line on a Sunday. Monday morning Culligan called to let us know the service tech Rich would be out that day. Fixed this issue. Great service and Rich was very professional and friendly.
I truly cannot say enough about this company, and its employees!! Awesome service, great communication with customers and ALWAYS, professional! The individual who typically delivers my salt, is one hell of an asset to Culligan'!! He is extremely helpful, genuinely cares about taking excellent care of his customers, and ALWAYS exceeds my expectations!!! This, to me, is an excellent company to do business with!!
