The Pine City office is absolutely money hunger greedy people!! Our elderly mother was scammed for paying $75 a month for a softner and paid over $6K the past 7 years. She passed away so we ended up just buying the unit and cancelling the service. They have the balls to charge us an additional $21 for some BS that they needed to add a chemical to the unit. No way would they waive the charge… just nickel and dime us again. And we never asked for anything to be added. I’d think twice before dealing with them.
